Hijab and Chastity Day

The Women and Family Affairs Advisory Unit has started its activities in order to solve problems and create a suitable space for women's views. Water and Sewerage Company The Women and Family Affairs Advisor is a liaison between the CEO and all women of the company. Since its inception, the family has tried to be a sister and from a scientific and technical point of view, while using the positive and constructive opinions of colleagues, to solve individual and family issues.

In this regard, the counseling unit intends to achieve its goals in order to be more accountable and in order to use the collective wisdom of all, it has also considered the following programs.

1- Conducting group and thematic counseling

In this program, people who have a similar issue are gathered in a group and a meeting, and we all discuss and solve problems together using collective wisdom.

2- Carrying out group counseling with the families of colleagues

Colleagues and their families will participate in this program. The subject of this workshop will be general issues raised by the family and issues related to different age groups of children.

3- Issues of the children of colleagues

In these meetings, the children of colleagues who are of a certain age are invited to attend the meeting and share their issues with their counselors and peers, and we should all look for solutions.
