Shahid Mir Heydari Basij base was established in 1981 by the brave Basijis of the West Water and Sewerage Company of Tehran Province and has been the source of valuable services in various fields. With the beginning of the imposed war and the need to defend the Islamic Republic, the Basijis of this base were sent to the right-against-wrong fronts and donated three martyrs and 65 martyrs, as well as supporting and providing services to Islamic fighters.

After the end of the war, in the field of providing services to the citizens, which is the preparation and distribution of safe and hygienic drinking water, no effort has been spared and effective steps have been taken to spread the Basij culture, which can be summarized as follows:
