The center has the following main goals:

1- Efforts to maintain the social status of retirees who are members of the association.

2- Protecting the material and spiritual rights of all members and defending their legitimate rights and trying to improve the livelihood and welfare of the families of the surviving members

3- Providing the necessary ground for exploiting the knowledge, experiences and valuable expertise of retirees

4- Efforts to improve the level of health and treatment of members and their families

5- Providing facilities and facilities for using appropriate cultural and welfare spaces to provide time for separation of their members and families
